Lashes by LaChelle and Company had so much success the previous years that we needed to expand our location and brand. So we went in searched of the perfect location that would be suitable for our amazing team and clients.
Unfortunately the world had came to what seemed like a complete stopped and all salons and most business had to close abruptly . So we gracefully closed our doors not knowing if we would be able to revamp. This was the year that life changed for so many individuals and businesses around the world!

As being the founder of Lashes by LaChelle and Company since 2011. I must say that the experience of this journey has been full of exploring, learning and growing! Becoming a pioneer in the lash industry has allowed me to become an expert in the technology and evolving development of lash science, skills and theology of beauty and people. The ultimate goal was to create an environment for other artist to come and be free to express themselves through their natural skills. So along side my friends and family this career goal has become my life accomplishment.

Grand Opening!!!!
We did it! After some long nights of planning and strategizing! Lashes by LaChelle and Company opened our brick and mortar on north 1960 November 11, 2021!
We must say that the work to arrive at this stage in business has been challenging. However, so rewarding! Without our phenomenal clients and dynamic team we would have never made it this far. By the grace of God we are still pushing towards the higher mark and desiring to complete the mission of the Kingdom!
2018
Hands on Training
Lashes by LaChelle and Company was eager and ready to explore the venture into education and creating a new diversity in the lash industry with a twist! Our first hands on lash class was AMAZING!
Michelle completed her 1500 hours cosmetology theory and practical curriculum in 2 years due to the birth of her daughter LaChelle . She then went on to pass her Texas State Board Test to become a licensed Cosmetologist! Soon opening Lavish Lash Lounge in April 2011.
Knowing that she wanted to make more of a impact and become a staple in the lash industry. Michelle branded the new company Lashes by LaChelle and Company after her only daughter LaChelle.
This same year Michelle and her family opened her first salon and began to build in this still very new and untapped niche in the broad industry of beauty.
